• This was the third time that Tina is seen feeling sad. The first two were Hop to It! and Oh, What a Day!.

• This is one of the few episodes that Barney kept his eyes closed.

• It is revealed that Derek's last name was Richards is according to his Granddad.
• This is the first time a half-door is shown in the classroom. It is later shown in some episodes.
