Barney Goes to School (1996) also known as Barney's Secondary School Fun a.k.a Back to School with Barney is a Barney Home Video that was released in April 2, 1996.

Plot

Barney finds Richard, Ben, Cassie, Mallory, Hayden and Henry 6 new kids at school, lonely and without friends. He introduces them to Ashley and her twin sister Alissa, Stephen, Carlos, Kristen, Jason, Min, Shawn, Tosha and David. Together, they learn why doing things with friends is much more fun than being alone. Meanwhile, five new boys named Austin, Dean, Phillip, Jean-Claude & Nolan and five new girls named Jenny, Diana, Katie, Melissa and Alice are very sad about never miss their friends they are very nervous that they won't have new friends until they met Baby Bop & BJ when Baby Bop & BJ really did a rocks, paper scissors & triple handshake with Dean, Katie, Jenny, Austin, Melissa, Diana, Phillip, Jean-Claude, Alice & Nolan, Baby Bop and BJ gives them advice to help them feel better and later takes Dean, Katie, Jenny, Austin, Melissa, Diana, Phillip, Jean-Claude, Alice & Nolan down to meet Richard, Ben, Cassie, Mallory, Hayden, Henry, Stephen, Carlos, Kristen, Jason, Min, Shawn, Tosha, David, Ashley and Alissa. Shawn and Min must learn the true meaning of friendship and sharing when they cannot agree on who should get possession of a picture they made together. In the end, they give their picture to Richard, Ben, Cassie, Mallory, Hayden and Henry a gift for Dean, Katie, Jenny, Austin, Melissa, Diana, Phillip, Jean-Claude, Alice & Nolan.
